hello, i'm light. i'm the creator. i made this site because i both love izaya and i love to make websites. this site has been up for 4 years, though my love for izaya has been going on much longer than that. it will be an entire decade next june.

the last version of this site was up for around 3 years, going through some minor changes here and there throughout that time. this version marks the first to not be pink and bright. the change comes from my own personal style (and also because opening up that version blinds me...)... though i do still love the old version. in fact, i've kept it up so that you can view it here. i've omitted some pages that weren't particularly unique.

my dissatisfaction with the previous version stemmed from how little information i could add to it. using iframes honestly makes me feel quite limited in what i can do and how i can present it. i'm also trying to force myself out of the little box that i used for mostly everything with that version. (this is a remnant of my carrd days) i want to talk more about izaya! so i'm looking forward to this new version.
